Eykaa: Jewellery Care

Take these precautions to make sure your jewellery lasts a long time: 

  • Cleaning instructions: To keep beads shiny and lustrous, carefully clean them with wipes or a soft cloth.

  • Tarnished metal: To bring back the original shine of metal components that have tarnished or turned black, carefully wipe them with an eraser.

  • Avoiding Rust and Discoloration: To avoid rusting and discolouration, avoid sprinkling perfume or any other type of mist directly over metal components.

 

Refurbished policy: 

  • Complimentary repair: If jewellery becomes damaged, such as beads breaking or coming loose, we offer refurbishment services. the first repair is complimentary within one year of purchase. 
  • Additional repair costs: After one year of purchase, Additional repairs will come with costs, such as pick-up and drop-off fees and a service charge.
  • Packaging: Packaging: To ensure that the jewellery is protected throughout transit, buyers are advised to pack it securely, ideally in its original packing.

 

Refurbished criteria steps:

  1. Send us an email at our Gmail address eykaa.contact@gmail.com with specifics about the broken jewellery and a few crisp images that clearly illustrate the damage.
  2. After reviewing your request, our knowledgeable staff will determine if it satisfies our refurbishment standards.

  3. Our expert will get in touch with you to go over the next stages and give you more instructions if your request is accepted.

  4. Carefully pack the broken jewellery, making sure it is kept in its original packaging—which, if it is accessible, may include the Eykaa box. 

  5. Send the jewellery to us for repair by following the guidelines provided by our expert.

One year refurbishment ( one time)  free on purchase

Additional 3 refurbishment ( lasts 3 yrs) - 300 rs

Additional 6 refurbishment (lasts 6 yrs) - 500 rs

 

Applicable Conditions:

  • If the necklace - stones get disintegrated
  • Looks old
  • Not applicable conditions
  • Stones are broken
  • Stones are missing
