What’s the EYKAA Return and Refund Policy?
There is a 7-day return and refund policy at Eykaa. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product you purchased is defective or you as a customer are not satisfied with the product. If you receive a defective product or a product not to your liking please contact us within 12 hrs of receiving the product, please follow the return & refund process below to proceed with your claim.

- You are responsible for the cost and risk associated with shipping the returned product (s) so make sure you use a reliable shipping company. Ship the product you wish to return to the following address

We cannot be held responsible for product s damaged or lost in transit, so please make sure you ask the shipping company for the proper tracking information when shipping your products.
4. Inspection & Refund

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price as store credit. If you request an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement product to your address within 48 hours of processing your return.
