• Additional repair costs: After one year of purchase, Additional repairs will come with costs, such as pick-up and drop-off fees and a service charge.
• Packaging: Packaging: To ensure that the jewellery is protected throughout transit, buyers are advised to pack it securely, ideally in its original packing.

Refurbished criteria steps:

1. Send us an email at our Gmail address eykaa.contact@gmail.com with specifics about the broken jewellery and a few crisp images that clearly illustrate the damage. 
2. After reviewing your request, our knowledgeable staff will determine if it satisfies our Refurbishmentstandards. 
3. Our expert will get in touch with you to go over the next stages and give you more instructions if your request is accepted. 
4. Carefully pack the broken jewellery, making sure it is kept in its original packaging—which, if it is accessible, may include the Eykaa box.
5. Send the jewellery to us for repair by following the guidelines provided by our expert.
